I’m very proud to be a part of a new venture, Solent Wellbeing, that is launching this week with a FREE informal event ‘Let’s Talk about Stress‘ to coincide with National Stress Awareness Day .
Experiencing stress is a normal part of all of our lives. It causes tension in our bodies, physically mentally or emotionally, but learning how you cope best with stress can greatly improve your wellbeing. You are invited to join us on:

There will be a movement session to help everyone stretch and relax, a yoga session for stress relief, opportunity to speak with our nutritionist about ways to improve your diet, and time to ask our team any questions you may have.
Come and meet myself and the rest of our team of health and wellbeing practitioners, and gain some practical knowledge about how to cope with stress in your day to day life.
This is a collaboration between Crossfit Solent, KVCounselling, Latitude Coaching & Consultancy and Rachel Course Nutrition.
